Tracey Posted : 1/6/2012 Comments : Queenie became separated from her owner, a long-distance truck driver, while he was making a delivery in Wood Dale. Queenie’s home is 2,130 miles away in the state of Oregon. She has a bobbed tail, about 2-3 inches long (looks like a deer’s tail). She is very sweet, but also very scared and will run if approached too quickly. She is used to traveling in a truck, so she may be inclined to stick around them, trying to find her owner. She is also dog friendly and will be attracted to other dogs who are friendly. We have reason to believe she may be in the Elgin area. She is NOT microchipped and probably isn’t wearing a collar anymore.
