To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we operate primarily by appointment. Emergency cases shall always receive top priority, which is why occasional appointment delay is inevitable. Please realize that we make a sincere attempt to see each client on time.
For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available. A 'drop off' means you could bring your pet at the time that works best for you and leave him/her with us for a few of hours. Usually we will ask you to drop off sometime in the morning so our doctors can examine the patient in between appointments or at the time purposely reserved for admitted patients. Once the exam is done, the doctor or a technician will give you a call to go over the diagnosis and to give you discharge instructions.
A twenty dollar no show fee, which will be donated to TAILS Humane Society, will be applied for every missed appointment.
All charges are expected to be paid in full at the time of service. All first time clients are required to pay in full at the time of services. A monthly payment plan may be set up with the Doctor?s approval. A payment agreement form must be completed and signed by the person financially responsible for the account. A finance charge of 18% APR (1.5% per month) is applied to any balance that is over 30 days old. Monthly payments are required to keep the account current and in good standing. Any accounts greater than 120 days without payment are subject to referral to our collection agency and will be charged a collection fee of 33% of the balance.
